Exhibition Practice

 LU Pei-Yi
This course aims to develop practice-based knowledge, skills and understanding of the processes of curation and exhibition-making. Students will be taught hands-on, practical knowledge of curating and exhibition production, including key issues relating to exhibition-making, curatorial collaboration, methodologies of display, mediation, fundraising, exhibition management and public programming. Students are encouraged to realize a curated exhibition or specific project collectively presented in the NTUE art gallery as the outcome of this course.  The previous CCSCA students’ curated exhibitions “The Maiden’s Prayer” in Nov. 2018 and “Negation of You” in Dec. 2019 received positive feedback from the general public as well as industry professionals.
